Just got a Wrangler

Post by 00falcon »

Hi all,

New here, so here my first post.

Had a '93 terrano for last 7 years.
Loved it, it took me everywhere, including places i didnt think it go...

But she was getting old.

So next one is a '99 TJ wrangler sport.

Prob. gonna look at joining a club in the new year.
Limited 4wding experience, so would you recommend NorwestOHV or Shore 4wheelers.

I am biased towards NorWest, obviously. But we have a couple of members with Jeeps and plenty of good helpful guys. Shore is a good club to though.

Nice wee jeep

thats mine WITH ugly jugglies on the front bumpers,

Image
front with no jugs

Image
rear jugs (and swaybar) removed

I also removed the bumper tap bits (blocks either side of the number plate seen in the top photo) on front/rear as I like the old military flat bumper look.

That's the first time i have heard that expression, but i knew exactly what you meant.

I got home, cleaned the wagon, and then proceeded to put the 'Milk Jugs' in the cupboard...
