v6 part on a 1600

Has anyone done this?
Specificly the straight roof rails from the v6 5dr on to a 1600 5dr?

And from other 4x4's a rear door ladder to access roof area easier?

as far as I know the body shells are the same so should not be a problem fitting them to the 1600 model
