Quick weeknight working bee - Sadams Flatdeck Wed 1 Feb

Post by Sadam_Husain »

Help needed with quick working bee on the flatdeck Wednesday evening 1st Feb 6.30pm till about 9.00pm ish

Need to lift the cab back off the chassis, its only sitting on the mounts we didnt bolt it down when we sat it on the chassis last year, going to do a quick gearbox swap, the selectors have seized probably from a bit of moisture ingress during the origional waterblasting and the gearbox was a bit on the tired side anyway so the spare box is going in, everythings clean and grease free and the engine crane is there and it'll lift straight out so there wont be any dirty work or heavy lifting etc required :D the cab will stay off for a week or so while we sort out the clutch slave cylinder, brake lines and some wiring around the back of the engine then it'll get permanently bolted back down

pretty sure everyone knows the address, pm if unsure
