it would pay to mention what model navara and what version. ie what engine/gearbox has it got?

I have one but the seal is Leakey.
The speedo drives are color coded to the ratio of the diffs.
I run a 4.6 with the 4.8 diffs on 33's to correct the speedo.
Should be as easy to find as a 4.875:1 ratio front diff
Heaps of them out there, but none when you need one
