Looking for some second hand muds, something nice and aggressive for my new whip... which is a lada niva.

I'm not exactly sure what is the best size without destroying usability.. but I'm thinking 29/30" and about 9.5" wide? feel free to advise if there's a better way to do it (not super concerned about clearance as it will be made to work, more concerned about it still driving well off road and figure anything too tall will screw gearing? otherwise I would go with "bigger is better" lol).

This is being done on a hell budget but could spend up to about 5hundy on the right set.

will be trailer queen if that makes any difference.

As for location, I am akl based but will be picking the truck up in rotoVegas on Saturday and don't mind traveling a bit for the right deal

If its only for a trailer queen, how about these 285 ag tyres, they squeezed onto my 5 stud 16" rims. Not too much tread in the middle but still chunky corners. The tyres are thick and can drive flat without popping off the bead lol. best thing they are usually free!!! i just take to them with the angle grinder or chainsaw

daihatsu rugger, suzuki and i think some jeep all use the same pattern, 5 stud 16's with good off set are usually quite hard to find.

I have a set of 5 7.00x16 S.A.T.'s (the proper firestones) on rims with a large offset that I would consider selling for the right price  If you want pic's there are some in my build thread in the zook section.

31 is probably the biggest you can go without any drastic guard beating. My muds are 31s, and I've had to beat the outer lip in a bit :?

I have both cutting disks and a sledge hammer... I would assume that I shouldn't need anything else (perhaps some cable ties?) in my "lada tool kit"?
