Hey Pete. Swedens not Swiss fella

Re: Swiss made .22 12shot Semi Auto Air Rifle.
Doesn't this now need a firearms licence to own?
As of October 15, 2010 all pre-charged pneumatic (PCP) air rifles (excluding airguns used in air soft and paintball sports) will be defined as a class of especially dangerous airguns and will therefore be subject to the firearms licensing requirements set out in the Arms Act 1983.

All good, thought that was the case. Just thought people that are keen and see the auction may not know as its not stated in the auction.

I thought it was commonly known these days in NZ. As this was the type of weapon that killed that cop a few years back.
One might think that if you have a firearms license why bother with a .22 air rifle?
But the fact is. You can't legally own a 12 shot semi auto rim or center fire rifle on a standard firearms license.

And the accuracy of this air rifle is second to none.

Right you are.
Still. Nothing like the stealth of a semi auto AIR rifle.
