Where to get spring spacers made in Auk

After a bit of help Please
Can anyone point me in the direction of where to get some plastic/nylon spring spacers made up for a reasonable price. Not The pathetic $270 one bloke quoted me.
Im after a couple 30mm thick, 136mm OD X 86mm ID. if this helps.
Preferably In Auckland but not nessisary as post wont cost much.

$270 ain't that steepish.when i made my 2x 50mm spacers for my surf couple years back material (UHMWPE) was 200 alone,then took me couple hours to machine up so yeah.
