Post by Filthy4x4 »

After some second hand tubes just to get my 33s usable. Cant justify paying what I was quoted for new tubes.

Cheap is good

Cheers

3 tyres wont hold air at all, so just wanting some tubes to keep them inflated and mobile.

The set of 4 rims and tyres cost me $50 hence why I cant justify spending $200 on tubes

Shop around, I got 4 tubes and my tyres fitted for $140. Tubes are just standard but I reckon traktor tubes are over rated. I had to get tubes fitted as our club won't let you go on a run without them

With the money you saved on the tyres, you should be able to afford tubes.. LOL

if your putting tubes in, if you can its worthwhile spending the money on heavy duty tubes in the long run and dont forget you get to keep the tubes for your new tyres well after you throw the old perished tyres out. I'm intergrating over to tubeless at the moment coz of too many puntures with HD tractor tubes and before the HD tractor tubes my punture rate was even higher with thin blistering cheap tubes :x
