wd21 inhibitor switch

just in the process on putting in a manual gear box into my auto terrano and it wont start im guessing its the inhibitor switch ? where is it, what does it look like, and how do i bypass it. thanks

On the safaris it's a wire coming out of fuse loom( main one alt,starter ect). Just hard wire back into it self.
GU patrol 35s ect.

When you pulled the auto out there will have been to looms coming out of the switch on the drivers side of the box. One plug and 5 wires and one has 2. The one that has 2 is the inhibitor. It needs to be looped together. You can shortern it right up as its the wire that essesntually goes from key to starter solinoid.
Toy - Zuk chassis tub, hilux 4.88 axles and transfer, Nissan CA18DE motor and auto trans, sc12 supercharger, 32 10'5 simex, twin motor 8274 custom freespool. Well the parts are all there in various corners of the shed

bingo sorted. thanks guys,
truck starts, i just pulled the switch off the old auto and plugged it back into the loom. might keep it in as a security feature. :D
