does a new cert cancel the old cert?

It might have been asked before, but here goes
i have a cert on my truck for solid axle swap, now after trying to hunt down a decent ute with no luck im thinking it maybe worth me just chopping my truck into a ute.
will the new cert check all the last cert stuff again? or is it an add on?
or does the whole truck get a full going over?

the whole truck will be inspected again if you are able to use the previous cert chap it will make things generally a lot easier

As with every thing cert related ask the guy who's going to cert it.
