park light problems

having trouble trying to get my park lights, front and rear going on my 60seris, there is power at the fuse you can turn the head lights on and they work but no park lights, and you turn the park light switch on and still nothing, i was driving with water almost over the bonnet the other day plus had a very hard landing on a rock on my rear bar, the rear bulbs were replaced but according to gregorys manual they should all still work with build out plus its very vaug on the wiring diagram,
can any body please help, need the truck going to asap

Do you have trailer plug wiring? If you damaged it when you hit rear bar on the rock you may have shorted wires and blown the bulbs.
Also the deep water may have caused issues, I'd start by checking the bulbs and then your wiring

Presuming your lights were working prior to this.

il go threw and check every bulb one at a time with a multimeter to make sure they good, there was no water enter into the veichal, all the warning lights did come on at during two of the crossing but soon went off after getting out of the water, I've checked for voltage at the r/h rear plug to the light and there was no voltage there
plus ill check my trailer plug, I'm sure its fine other wise would of blown the fuse

I think I'd probably be looking for a water ingress and/or corossion problem in the wiring loom or lights if all your fuses are good :mrgreen:

There is a park light only switch on the dash (for night time parking). Check it is still connected. Park lights won't go if it is dis-connected.
Ugly is a state of mind..... and the state of my truck!

checked the plug. it had fallen off, cheers, but a bit of tape round itso wont happen again
