265/75/16 MT will these go on KZN185 Surf with no lift?

Hi all, want some mud tyres for my Surf, just checking these will fit under it standard height until I do a 2 inch lift. Currently has 265/70/16 on factory alloys thinking of going to 265/75/16 on 16x8 steel spokes?

What offset is sensible on the 16x8 rims?

Well i got some 16x8 rims and 265/75/16 Kumho kl71 tyres,however have clearance issues on front tyres. I havent driven anywhere as they would chew out the tyre if i turned. Anyone running the same on a KZN185 Surf. I am doing a 2inch lift shortly so hoping this will help

all so interested about this anyone got some info? did the lift help for them? was that body lift or suspension?

Running Adventuro's in 265-75-16 and all good with only a wee bit of thumping to bend back the front inner guard 10 mm or so.
A lift will be better but been on quite a few trips as-is.
