4wds for sale in Canterbury

Post by uptomynutsinruts »

Having put the Rover (laugh away  ) on tard me its time to get a 4wd again, especially with the Ashburton winter coming up and being in the essential service line of work.

link to rover http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing ... =463163211

I have been looking at Discoverys and also at jeeps, does anybody have anything for sale? Petrol or Diesel?

Any suggestions considered

See them in work all the time, all sorts of issues, and the main problem is the parts are alot harder and alot more expensive. But hey i really am not phased what he buys, its not my decision lol. But i can almost garantee it'll cost less in the long run buying a japanese 4wd.

Hey Tu's u wanna write this guy up a balance sheet of what the cruiser has cost you in the time you have owned it? Then compare that with how much you have spent on all the landrovers you have ever owned and see how much wheeling and fun you have had out either.

u13turbo your just being truck racist....disgusting

the truck racist yarn was just a joke, dont get toey. Sure hes allowed an opinion but he shouldnt bag trucks he has never owned. Not everything japanese is awesome. Feeding bias onto people who aren't to sure isnt very fair. Like Turoa said before, hes owned several Discoverys and has had less trouble with then than he has with his Cruiser, regardless of how badass that thing is

As i said, i work in a garage and they are in very often, and its not just when they break down, its the cost for parts.. Japanese 4wds are plentiful making the parts relatively cheap.

parts were expencive and to buy these things ppl pay moon beams for high k'ed trucks
oww and yes not one was from the land of bangers and mash.

bang for buck i would have this over a toyota any day

Get what you pay for i guess.

Problem here is toyota hold there value, so for something of equal value the toyota will probley be a bit shit.
