Yip, I'm sure you are 100% on the money... I obviously didn't fix this the first time and that's why its happened again. Cheers,



the bushing may be part of the issue, if it worn then it will let more fluid thru, depends on the bush of course, if it a solid with no oiling grooves then yup it part of the sealing system, a small amount of fluid will go thru to lubricate, but not enough to A loose pressure/volume and B blow the seal out :)

Each time results have been a spectacular option C: completely empty pump of power steering fluid :oops:
