surf LN130 IFS swap to beam axle ?????

hi ive been having a good look on here for what im after but cant find .

ive got a ln130 surf v6 manual , 33" on . have noticed the the ilder arm on the steering is trying to bend and break ,
dose anyone know a fix for this ?

if not , im thinking of going to a beam front end . would like to go with springs not leafs . can anyone give me some advice on this please ??

thats a very expensive time consuming thing to do just because of a bending idler arm

Mate did this to his, exact same ln130 V6, he got sick of blowing the front diff with 35s on so went to a beam axle. Mind you, he also chopped his into a double cab just cos he liked the style of deck on my hilux lol

there are plenty of people who have done the conversion. I only got mine done by Tom from Tom's Offroad as i went for a linked setup and the geometry is a little hard to get right. Tom did an awesome job. Have a look at his work in the suspension section in the vendors area.
