Well bit of an update..
New springs are on back and is now sitting approx 4" higher than std..
Front then needed another 50mm to balance this out.. as it already had a 2"std lift, lifting it approx 3-4"

sooo added some plastic bump stop spacers which work a treat and should be no problem with cert as the coil is still captive..

After I had that done I then had to add flares etc to bar work to help keep the shyt from flying everywhere..lol

From there I added a spring fpr the winch setup.. No air dog clutch yet.. as I ran out of time for a test run..

And as we were going to do a test run.. thought we might need a mascot so wife decided to get one..

And seeing as it wasn't cert'd either, we had to trailor it..

Proud as punch too

Notice the new tahs on the back..

Had to put the skinnies on it to get it on the trailor..LOL
Seeing as it was a test drive.. We headed to Coppermine Creek..

, Well the weather wasn't particularly nice to us..

and we had to pull the pin on the second stage further up ( for those that know where I mean) as the river was rising fast...

, On the flip side.. the first stage was like.. I can't describe how it went as I drove almost everything..( old truck got stuck soo many times it wasn't funny anymore..) Here is a couple pics..

and

and

Notice the rain..
Winch went very well.. Happy about that as it had a major problem before we left..
Only a couple things to finish off.. Like stopping the water from pissing in through the seals around the cab..
Fix the demister fan.. that decided to stop just when it was getting foggy..lol
Put a long brake line extension on front...( the 2 I have together might raise an eye brow or 2 when certing etc..
Finish the mudd flaps..
Get Air for winch working..
Change pto seal as it's leaking..
Get some Simexs... LOL
All in all it is a completely different animal now and considering I have open diffs front and rear it really showed how good it is setup as I could drive just about everything.. Get some simexs and lockers and man alive watch out..
Was considering a supercharger too but after the weekend.. I don't think I need it.. It is very light as it is.. Just need to get it on a weigh bridge to verify it's weight..
Hoping we have a video of it too when I smashed a buddies drivers side window..

from giving it the fat ...lol I love the sound it makes when at 6700 rpm..

Just have to track that down..
Will post it up if we got it.. Not much left to do.. thankfully..
Oh forgot to mention that we filled it up... 90ltrs of 98oct at $2+ / ltr.. basiclly $200 to fill it ..

BUT i still have 2/3 tank left..

and I travelled around 200km.. so I'm guessing it's good for around 500-600 kms / tank.. not too bad I think..
CHEERS...K
