There is 2 racks (There was 3 but 1 broke) thay are gutter mount but the piece that makes them stay on is missing. It was like that when I got my 1995 Patrol.
Not much is needed to make them stay on you just need to make up the brackets and new bolts and your away.
I managed to get in the garage this arvo and see what I dont need.
Will only suit a Low roof.
