hey i hav a ln106 1989. nothing outragess just lsd diffs. however im loseing power up hills and puffing black smoke its fine till i go over half throttle. im not an inestien on diesels. any one around the auckland north shore region that could help me sus what the problem is.

Check air filter, replace if need to.

Its probaly ok are'nt they all like that.Put a turbo on it should wake it up.

sorted it it was the fule pump screw had been wownd rite in. so much better now i cane use the full throttle with no smoke. and ea a turbo would be good what would i expect of a 2.4t a little power or decent power. for what its worth i spose its good. will it crap my engine out in the longrun. and is there any temp issues.
