Is there anyone near Tom with a UBS69 Bighorn that could let him take some measurements for a set of side bars for me?
Cheers

Ive got one here to if need be.

Toyota Landcruiser FJ40, front and rear lockers, 35" simex.
Toyota FJ45 build in progress.
Tires are like boobs, they always look big until you have played with them for a while, then you just want a bigger set.

Choice, cheers Jase. Tim (hosehustler) came up today with Jeremy (KBJJ) so I got to have a good look at his Izuzu (Wouldn't have sounded right if I said "Bighorn"

What would be the ultimate would be if someone local wanted sliders on their Bighorn, then I could just make two sets side by side.
Re: Tomsoffroad & Customs
Thanks Tim and Tom.

Looks wicked tom.what diff did you use to match the rear ,or did you change both.Do you have a pic off how the rear of the spring is attached.how much more harsh is the ride,or dose your spring set up help compensate for the loss of coils.did you have to move the steering box

For the rear of the springs I turned up some tube with a 40mm OD to suit standard hilux bushes. These go through the chassis, same as factory Beam Hilux. Extended the shackles 50mm.
Ride is typical of leaves but abit softer thanks to the longer front leaves. Not sure what you ment by compensating for loss of coils? Never has been any coils under this truck.
No I didnt move the steering box.

Hi Tom
I'm after something just like that for my MWB cruiser. Pretty much the same except bolt on chassis and brush bars to bolt onto existing bullbar.
What would you charge for that?
PM me if you don't want it public.

Just about there. Just got to finish a couple of little things then strip it and paint. The front 15" Ranchos are getting changed to 12" Ranchos. It had no front driveshaft when I ran it up the ramp, hence the lack of flex
