Big River(Westcoast)

Thinking of heading back into big river on the westcoast maybe end of August,last time I was in there was 22nd of September,the day of the big quake n boy did the hut rock!!!just seeing if there's any people keen?if the numbers get up there may have to limit places....just throwing it out there.great place n just wana head back in.Rich

Big river is a pretty tame drive, you need to throw in a few other tracks too.
Make a weekend of Reefton tracks, there plenty of them around.
Having said that, I may be keen on a weekend away

Sweet fa but im just wanting to get outta chch n do bit of testing on new truck,hopefully be done by then.so may add afew more tracks as time gets closer.

We were in their 3 or so weeks ago (is it that long already??) and the track was like SH1.

Hut was in a state inside compared to a few years ago.

I always tell people it's the longest 15Km you'l do in your life

Well that sucks,funny you say that I remember it taking ages cos it was dark,seemed as tho it was never going to end
