All dash warning lights and beeper came on in river?

All my dash warning lights came on and the beeper stared beeping when i was crossing a river the other day, the truck kept going like normal and it stopped when I went out of the deep bit. The water wasn't a concerning depth but is this something I should be worried about? water in the electrics? I have a '91 diesel surf

check the fan belt tension on the alternator, it may be slipping when getting wet, if the lights went out pretty quick when out of the water that would be my guess.

wouldve been alternator related mine does this wen the brushes get wet but once they dry and charging resumes its all good
