WTD: Good Cond. SWB Safari Rear Windows

Post by XJCrawler »

Hi all,

After a pair of non-rusted safari rear windows to suit a 1990 swb.

Leave comment or PM if you have a good pair available.

Cheers,

James.

Well the newer version ones don't hold water like the old ones so I'm told.

Quoted $1380 Incl. for brand new replacement pair from Cockram Nissan. (Little more than I anticipated). So fixed pane would be a good solution.

Looking for any alternative, 2nd hand replacement of the 2nd generation window sliders, aftermarket or any suggested glass replacement outfits that could do a reasonable job.

- Still want to see out them, sliders preffered for the dogs.

They are rear but do pop up on Trademe from time to time for the SWB. I am looking for a set of rear sliders for LWB and they are really rear

Are you from ChCh? I've got a business card from some outfit here who does solid panel glass replacement for around $7-800. (according to the guy I was talking to).

Yeah I'm in the middle of getting prices for a solid glass and rubber replacement. Just waiting to hear back. One outfit reckon they used to have replacement kits.
