1kz-te front mount.

Hi I am going to do a front mount and think an intercooler 450x150x65 will fit best down low were I want it to go,will that size be to small to big or ok,thanks.

Thanks Jerry but don't want top mount and they are not very cheap.

Just go with a 300x280x75 I've got one on my 1kzt it's bit of an over kill rated for enough flow to 500 hp but works well

it'll be fine, i ran a 450x180x65 on my 4.2 cruiser for over 2 years.

if ya havent sorted it out yet and need some info. i run a custon intercooler setup using a nissan avenir sr20det intercooler, seems to work quite well, ive gone top mount on mine, there is a little boost lag but dont notice it in 4x4. only got it for 50 aswell so im happy with it.

Could you chuck a couple of pics up? I have a couple of r32 skyline ones sitting here I am going to try and adapt into a top mount.
