hah, got to make use of the day off work though. I'd be keen for a trip, somewhere new would be nice. Been up most rivers in canterbury, but i'm not fussed, would love to take the girly so cant have anything TOOO intense or i'll have to take my ear muffs and a box of tissues. Last time she watched me crossing a river, she cryed... and she wasn't even in the truck, so maybe pick a river

Be keen for a trip in Ashburton on Sat. Think I remember reading of a trip down the Hinds, up the beach and up the Ash? Anyone know about that route?
