STOLEN Safari in CHCH

Post by matt123 »

My truck got stolen from Canterbury Uni today between 12pm and 4pm (Tuesday 29th May). Cheeky bastards stole it in broad daylight from a busy carpark!

If anyone sees it round or sees those wheels etc for sale please let me know.

Hopefully someone can help me find the f*****s.

Cheers

Matt

What I can't work out is that the police are aware of all these vehicles being stolen but they don't seem to increase the man-power to rectify the situation... strange even though they know it's happening...

Yes I do understand that they are tied up on other issues in Chch and that may be why people are taking vehicles and getting away with it...

I usually park it in the Clyde Road park, but it was in the Law carpark off university drive on Tuesday, apparently there's a camera on one exit an not the other (farkin useless).

The police should set one up with a GPS tracker and immobiliser an whatnot... like they used to with the boyracer cars on that police tv show.

the cops dont do anything for stolen vehicles they dont care, if its a "boyracer" car they care even less. they are too busy pulling people over to gather their qouta and going after "boy racers" to get them on anything and everything.
needs more curry

Thought it would of been in parts by now but a mate saw it driving in Riccarton tonight.

Might be some hope of getting it back in one piece yet.

Here's another couple of pics, please keep your eyes peeled.

hope it gets found mate! chch isnt big enough for people to hide, especially if its been spotted twice already. good luck :)
