Hey it's good to see the old Jeep is still out and about. Lil bit of history for ya, 2 brothers down here in southland bought the jeep as a road goin vehicle with the intention of rallying it. They campaigned it for quite a number of years uptill it sold to the dude from Alexandra (Chris). I knew Chris from mountain biking and heard he had a jeep for sale and ended up buying it. That's when it when from blue to green in a drunken afternoon. While I had it it ended up with hilux diffs and coils up front. I then sold it on to a local guy who sold it shortly after that. From then I have seen it on TM a number of times. It's good to see people are still using it. Anyway that's a lil bit of info for ya all.

i accually know the guy selling that, its a 2 door navara with fiberglass body designed over in south africa as a trade vehicle.

Thats my old nudgebar on the front too.

pretty cool car, but a 2 door terrano would be better, at least ya dont get issues like rust were the fiberglass and body meet.

The sani is a good boat launching vehicle though, being all fiberglass rear it wont rust there, and it even has a drain bung in the back to drain out water, similar to what a boat has.

5.29:1 diffs if I remember correctly. I've done a couple of missions with Cookie and this truck back in the day  Super reliable and doesnt look any different than it did 12 yrs ago
It went well 8) Rok probably knows more than I do about it.

Cookie is super anal about maintenance. For a 2.4 slug this rig went really well. and when you consider he was running with us when we were all running 6 cyl tc petrol's, Cookie was never far away, and in fact often in front.
This truck will be a good buy for someone.

they run those conti mud contract tyres on fert spreaders that're allowed to run to 90kph on the road so shouldn't be many dramas if they're rollin' flares that cover them?
