i have had work done on my safari by these fools and have had nothing but problems.body lift-didnt remove lower clip on section of radiator shroud,drove home, opened bonnet to see why temp was up only to find fan jammed against shroud!also bolts keept loosining off,found no spring washes used,had to replace all bolts with high tensile and fitted nylocks,so only parts of body lift left are the blocks,also couldnt select low 4x4.
had swivel pin/wheel bearing issues took to just 4x4 and told swivel housing need replacing,$150 for second hand unit from them,payed $,picked truck up drove home didnt sound right(clicking noise)took back for recheck and told its fine.ended up taking to another mechanic,they stripped down and informed me it had been butcherd,looks like housing had not been replaced!
housing now repaced(not by just4x4) and been fine for months now.had (dodgy dave)just4x4 fit caster correction bushes to front radius arms,only lasted around 4months before stuffed,took to suspension shop and had them relaced,when i went to pick up was asked who fitted preveous bushes and told they had not been fitted correctly,what a surprise!,no greese had been used at all!
have also heard of oil presure issues after turbo kit fitted,sump removed to find oil pick up full of sworf from drilling oil return line without removing the sump to do so!! have also heard of many other problems with these cowboys,if anyone else has had issues wuth this crowd please post on here might save others from waisting time and $$ with these clowns.
