Headlight upgrade

Post by Gnarly Dude »

Time to upgrade the lights because everybody knows landcruiser headlights are pretty rubbish. What have people done to there trucks? was thinking of replacing the lenses and putting in new bulbs, should I replace the wiring as well for less current drop? The trucks a 1987 Toyota Landcruiser Bundera.

have had them in my VX for a year now. great upgrade, best thing is not having to worry about expensive driving lights being pinched if left on street etc, as no one can tell it's been done. Mike at rangiora auto elec done mine, pretty much easy instal, just need to find room in engine bay for the little (energizer / charger thingies), ordered from Hella? catalouge, way cheaper than bolt on driving lights - but can't remember the cost sorry. Have been fine so far in deep water.
