Bigger tires? Speedo reading too slow?

If you run bigger tires than stock your speedo will run slower.
I've brought this little gizmo from Nelson that alters the pulse to make your speedo read correctly. Only $144 bucks!
Now the difficult part. Installing it.

Very interested in this. Would be keen to get the vendors details once you prove that it is an easy DIY install and it corrects speedo throughout the range.

Yep got one in my truck,you need the latest model as the earlier ones bounced around a bit,but they are all good now.

only problem i can see for me is, i have a cable driving speedo

Pete man you should have posted first, I got a marks adapters electronic one second hand for mine, but mine is cable driven. The electronic part is for the cruise control. Will sell mine for 120 if anyone wants it.

This one has a button so you can flick between two settings for two different tire sizes

I'd be keen if this would this work on a TJ, I have a mega short slip yoke eliminator and tone ring instead of gear driven speedo, there is one in US from superlift I think, called a truspeed speed sensor calibrator that has a toggle for 2 settings.

might work, but it has the loom to just plug into an 80, its one of these:

Pretty sure there is. I've heard you can buy a small gearbox that goes before the trans that your speedo cable screws into. They aren't cheap though.
