autobend sell them off the shelf, 4wd bits sells them as well, pays to shop around as your local exhaust place may be able to do it cheaper, you want to look at a bigger turbo dump pipe as well
70 series prado (KZJ78) and 90 Series Prado (KZJ95)

I've just had my 80 series done with a mandrel bent 3" on Monday. It was substantially cheaper than the auto bend ones, which I've heard can be a bit of a mission to fit.
My advice would be to go visit a few exhaust outfits. I had quotes from $900-$1400.
Cheers

Holy crap
I went to my local muffler shop recently for a quote to get my side exit pipe replaced from the turbo back, which would use 1 flexi joint, 1 19" coby and about 3m of 3" pipe
I was horrified to get a quote for $600

It made the bolt on 3" off the shelf exhausts look bloody cheap to me
80 Series on 35" creepies, manual with twin factory lockers.

May as well chuck this question in here..
Anyone with 80s done an 'inside the chassis rail' 3" exhaust?
I started making a flange for the turbo outlet to make a straight downpipe instead of that stupid point at the wheel cast elbow thing.

Replaced mine with an Autobend / Rage 3" - fit was OK, tip hits the rear bumper so had to trim it. Thats replacing dump pipe too, no bloody flexi in it worries me however
Should have gone to Mr Muffler Opawa like everyone else in Chch - he is cheap as chips, hand made 3" to suit a 1KZ in a D/C Lux for a mate - sounds insane, cost was half of my 'pre-made' system
Bugger

Sorry, quite correct - but thought mine should have been closer to the front pipe?
Re: 3 inch exaust systems. where to buy. 80 serries and safa
I had a 3" bent up and fitted with a flexy and only cost $800 from Lee at Hornby exhaust , had a quote from Rangiora exhaust and he want $1500 to get a pre built one and fit it
guess what i went with

Re: 3 inch exaust systems. where to buy. 80 serries and safa
Autobend do a bare pipes only kit for the 80 series for around $400 which is the way I went. It doesn't include muffler, flexi or flanges and is unpainted. I grabbed some flanges (only needed 4 plus the dump pipe one) and a flexi and gave the muffler a miss which meant I needed a little bit of extra 3 inch pipe to fill the gap. Got a mate to weld it up after work one night. Cost me about $700 all done. It still flies through warrant's without the muffler as the turbo keeps it quiet enough.
If I didn't have the mate to do the welding I would have gone with the one from 4wdbits as the local guys couldn't give me an estimate and would only say it depends how long it takes.

Re: 3 inch exaust systems. where to buy. 80 serries and safa
I can supply those Rage 3 inch systems for $1150 inc courier if anyone wants one.
they are a good systems and are a piece of piss to fit. usually takes about 4 hours total, 2 1/2 hours to remove the old system and 90 mins to bolt the new one into place.
not sure why people want to replace the turbo dump pipe on a 80 series, the one on mine was approx 70mm diameter from factory.
