Hilux 130 Spare tyre location change? opinions needed.

Ok so my spare wheel is under the body at the mo but i want to move up to the back window like the face lift ones. What i'd like to know tho is there more to it than just fitting up the "wheel bracket thing" and changing to a face lift tail gate? In my experience nothing that easy so am i overlooking something here??? Do ya reckon i'll have to cert it?
I want to spend as little as i can if i can help it but it has to be safe etc.

yep, just bolt on the back rack from the similar model, use big sqaure washers behind the tail light as there is a plate that should be there that isn't if your spare came mounted under the truck, everything else is swap over, I bought the tyre rack latch and gate panel or mine for 90 bucks from the 4x4 wrecking crew in ngarawahia (spelling)
