im looking for a cheap 4x4 to run about in, need a 4 door, reg and wof (or easy fix for wof etc) early surf or Paj or similar maybe?
being tight i dont want to spend over 2 g.....

avoid the surf if you only have two grand, it'll cost you another 2 grand in 2 years easy. not to mention the injector pump. thats what water in the fuel will do to a pumps seals.
if you can afford to go a little higher then that there is a tidy example of a nissan mistral 2.7DTI in Bulls for 3500 on the side of the road.
last of the seperate chassi/body combinations before nissan went all Monocoque in there designs, its a newer design and bigger engine then the surf and less weight to haul around

i work for a diesel repair shop so any pump work etc isnt really an expense.... i really only want to spend a couple of G so want soemthing i can jump in and drive without having to do too many mods..... and dont want a cherokee, or a dicso the TJ and SS and Hilux i currently drive are thirsty enuf!!

Hi there mate, i got a pretty tidy 1993 Nissan Terrano 3L V6 Petrol. Automatic 207,000kms. Recently got new wof, New rear brake rotors & Brake pads. Got big off road mud tyres. body pretty tidy, black color. rego till september. Located in Auckland, Pt Chev if your keen to view. 021 072 5958.cheers. Wanting 2k for it. Definately worth that very strong 4X4 and drives mint.
