that kit kit pretty good for that price. I would like to know more about the turbo itself. as that is the bit that will cause problems if the quality isn't good.
Personaally i would get the manifold and fit a td05 or garrett equivelent as i know they are a good quailty product and have had awsome results in the past.

was told exteranal flow more than internal , but have no numbers to prove or disprove

for the small amount of flow your talking about internal will do just as well as external and be cheaper and easier.
