New OLD Pajero 2.8DTL

Post by Yellow Dog »

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this forum and also my Pajero. 750Km out of a tank seems to be pretty damn good to me.

Can anyone tell me where I can get a service kit at a reasonable price?

Or am I best just buying the items individually?

Cheers,
YD

Service as in oil change? Hit up Boss Oil, does good deals on a service "kit" http://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Listings.aspx?member=4233042

OK - I'll try again. I'm in Kaukap doing the Lifestyle thing. Lost her down a slippery slope a couple of weeks ago whilst trying to position the retaining supplies I'd picked up, as close to the land slip as possible. Diff lock on and all four wheels turning could barely slow her down. Pilot error and won't be doing that again without more thought. Was just trying to swing around, but lost the front. Funny thing was when I got out of the car, I went to close the door and found that the car had been electrified by the fence that was holding me. Pulled the power off pretty damn quickly  Had to be pulled out (embarrassingly) by a neighbour's Land Cruiser. All good now though.

I've seen Pajero service kits on ebay to include, Fuel filter, Oil Filter, and a few other bits. Thanks for the oil tip. I was going to go for the Penrite Fully Synthetic stuff. All advice appreciated.

Cheers.
