I don't have either but the cables are a standard 33C marine remote cable, go to your local marine workshop and get them to order you one if you can find what length you need ( they come in lengths from 1-30+ft ) and they will also be able to get the fitting to screw on the ends of the cable.

put a motor bike rubber cable cover on the lower slide point fill with grease stops crap filling cable and become unmoveable
