I've searched on here and google and can't seem to find anyone who supplys new window seal rubbers etc for these besides Nissan and at $297 for each side just for the window seal rubber ($400 steel, $120ish part that the window slides on) I'm not really into that.
Most people just replace them with a single piece of glass and a new rubber much cheaper. Youll struggle to find any that arent rusted out 2nd hand, may be worth a search on aussie sites, I recall a guy making some alloy ones up and offering them to forum members. Sorry cant remember site.
Yep they are pretty expensive if you want to stick with sliding windows. Good idea to go to 1 piece glass. If you can make up a template of the glass you want cut and take it to a glass company it will cost you alot less.
Yeah thats what I thought. I'll get a quote from our local glass guy and go from there. I've checked the Aussie sites and they're in a similar boat to us. I'm surprised someone hasn't done an alternative.
