s14 silvia r200 into c200 navara?

Post by Trench_rat »

does anyone know if a lsd centre from a s14 silvia r200 will fit into a c200 housing from a d21 navara? and also will the ring and pinion swap over?

Havent tried it, but knowing nissan yes they will "Fit". The problem I see is
that the viscous s14 diff uses two splines on one side axle (see picture), and so to fit in a c200 you would need to get an engineer to modify one side axle to have the second spline. Without the second spline the viscous diff will behave like an open diff.
