This is from Bert who is organising it. For those that want of attend please contact Bert on his number below, or get a hold of me and I can let Bert know.. cheers
Hi Everyone,
The Queenstown event is nearly upon us. The date set is 1 September 2012 at the Royal burn farm on the Crown Terrace about 20 km from Queenstown.
There will be no night stages due to ground availability.
There will be 10 challenging day stages on ground where no event has been, so it is a lot of work setting up and will be all completed by event time for your enjoyment.
Facilities we will have on site, St John Ambulance service.
The local coffee cart.
A BBQ Lunch for a small fee.
Wash down area with water blaster.
Toilet
The fee for this event will be $100.00, for this you will get an evening meal for the driver and co pilot included.
Extra meal tickets are $35.00 each.
We will have prize giving and meal at Hamills Family Restaurant at Remarkables Park Frankton, which we have booked out for the evening from 6.00 pm. To be fair to Hamills head chef, we need to have meal numbers by 28 th, Tuesday evening.
We are leaving your accommodation up to you as Queenstown has plenty, however if you are having problems give us a call.
THIS IS IMPORTANT
Deposit your entry fee to ANZ 010867011567901 use your sir name as a reference.
If you are going to enter it would be great if you could print the entry form and indemnity, fill them out and bring them with you, this will save on paper work and also time at scrutineering. If you forget or are unable to do this there will be spare forms at scrutineering.
We plan to have the Scrutineering on Friday 31 August at Grant Road, Frankton near the Events centre just off the main road beginning at 3.30 pm.
Should you have any problems my phone number 0274224582
Hope to see you in Queenstown and for those competing in Dunedin this weekend, good luck.
Cheers,
Bert Chandler.

Wow! That was quick, I had just updated the website with the Winch Challenge Pics half an hour earlier, and was about to post here letting you all know.
At this stage the pics are just numbered, it's our club meeting tomorrow night so I'll get some descriptions from the troops and update the site again later in the week.
Cheers
