Cheers, yes from Christchurch so enjoy 4wding around the South Island. The top pic is heading into Lake Daniel and the bottom one is playing at Birdlings Flat. Nope hasn't been up for sale, I have too much invested in it to sell it :)

The 4 door JK is great. Slept in it for the first time a few weeks ago, worked well so will do again for any single night trips when Liz isn't along :)

Nice JK! sweet setup. Are those a vinyl type wrap you've got going on your doors?

Bit of a story there, I made up patterns and cut them out of vehicle grade magnetic sheets. Easy to put on and take off and seems to do a decent job at stopping scratches on the doors. Being flat the doors show every little scratch. Also gives me somewhere to stick stickers :). I've actually sold the patterns to a couple of JK owners overseas who want to do the same :). There are also commercial companies in the States that produce these. Made the pattern for the flat black bonnet graphic myself also.

Bit more detail on the Jeep, 2 inch Old Man Emu lift, JKS swaybar disconnects, Safari snorkel with Donaldson precleaner, front ARB bar with IPF Extreme halogens (which are great), 33 inch KM2s on Procomp steelies, Tigerz11 12000lb winch running Dyneema rope, Poison Spyder evap skid (painted bright red although never seen unless upside down), Body Armour side rails (a pain to fit ), ARB diff covers, front and rear ARB lockers, Hawk ceramic front brake pads and Hawke LT rear, rear LED lamp, custom LED running lights, reversing camera, DIY grab handles, extended breathers, Superchips tow tune, K&N filter, custom rear muffler, GME TX3100 radio with stubby antenna and remote speaker, Garmin Nuvi550 with topo maps and an IPad for wider GPS view.

Looks good.

I like the magnetic protector idea. Where did you get the material to make them from?

An Auckland company, www.magnets.co.nz Good guys to deal with. Cost me about $160 from memory. Just make sure you get automotive grade sheet. Comes on a 620mm wide roll.
