18mm tap needed for tierod adjuster

Post by fullthrottle »

Hi All

Anyone in the Wellington area that could tap out one end of my tierod adjuster for me?

I just need to check the thread pitch, but the adjuster is currently tapped for a 16mm x 1.5mm thread and it needs to be tapped to take 18mm x ??
(right hand thread)

Will need to check on the ??

Cheers

18X1.5 standard spark plug/oxy sensor thread.
As I said in the other thread, if you can do without it for a couple of days send 'em up and I can do it.... just cost for the courier to get 'em back.
