SJ410 which why does the key in the cam go up or down

SJ410 which why does the key in the cam go up or down

Took a head off a suzuki SJ410 and didn't mark the cam pully. Reading the manual it tends to indicate that the key is on the bottom and the mark aims up. Normally the key would be up the top of the pully. Is it different on the SJ410. Also why are there 2 marks 83,84.
