5L To Replace Stuffed 2LTE In 91 Surf

Hey Gang,

I have stuffed my 2nd motor 2LTE and have decided to replace it with a 5L and eventually Turbo that, can anyone please guide me to someone who might know if I need a different ecu, if so where can I get one from and what other things I need to on the look out for.......

Im in Nelson and am relativly new to 4wd stuff.

check on the surf sites. i think someone did one with a 2lte ecu. might have used 2lte pump as well and tweaked the pump.

Just put a pump off a 2.8 on it will go a lot better than with a ecu and a lot easier. And then once it turbo crank fuel up itl go like a rocket!
