5m-ge engine conversion info

Post by RustySurf »

Im getting sorted to do this conversion into my 2wd yn57 hilux.
I have a bellhousing and flywheel to suit so thats the hard bit done and understand mounts will need a bit of work but thats no problem.
The engine I have lined up has a rear sump so hopefully will fit nicely behind the xmember.

If anyone has done this converion and had a few niggles will doing it thats thats the sorta info im after. Pics of conversions into a hilux that would be good as a nice pic can answer 100 questions on how things fit
