So I'm going to be at the campsite on Friday arfternoon, hopefully from about 3-4pm I'll be in a rather obvious Defender 130, don't be scared to come over & say hi!! What trucks are you other chaps in?

I can't make it along sadly, but, i'm keen on learning a little more on access to the rangipo desert area! if someone could offer any info it'd be hugely appreciated!

I live in Rotorua so i will be catching you up Saturday morniing at this stage.
If i can get my arse into gear then i will be the camp Friday night around 8pm. Ive got a couple of guys vehicles that i have to fit tow hooks to tonight.
I will only be able to do the Saturday trip, so planning on heading home once we hit the Napier Taupo rd. Bummer i miss the snow, but i have a flight Sunday morning.
Our local club is doung a recce through Minginui tomorow as well, so i might try to coordinate meeting up with them if that suits?
