Jimny underbody Protection

Hi,
Just bought myself a new Jimny so I'm sussing out all the gear I need. I've started with a set of Trepador mud tyres. Only had a small play in the mud so far but they seem pretty good. I've realised I need to fit a few skid plates underneath the Jimny as I don't want to break anything if I can help it.

Can anybody offer any advice as to the best type of equipment to fit. The transfer case looks the most vulnerable to me.

I've found a few websites in the UK and South Africa that offer skid plates for the transfer case and radius arms.

Is there anyone that makes/sells this kind of kit in New Zealand as I'd rather buy local if I can.

Try the guys at www.winch.co.nz as they do some underbody protection. I think they are the NZ agents for FTS 4x4.

They're based in West Auckland.

I have a transfer case skid plate from them on my Jimny - seems to do the trick. I paid $125 inclusive of GST.
