IMO this would be correct if your panhard was running out of radius it would start pulling your diff sideways as the arc sharpens. Especially if the length of bar was never changed.
Im guessing a watts linkage is no use on a 4wd truck? 2 chassis mounts & central pivot in the back of the diff head, that would half your radius and improve road handling very marginally but what would it do to articulation? Or go body mounted v8 race car style watts

. Im guessing everyone just does panhard for a reason.
Can your shocks be adjusted? Firm them up?
