Thoughts on this bull bar

Post by oneinkedgeek »

As much as id like to get a custom winch bar, I cant justify the money at the moment as they tend to cost around 1k + mark.

Ive found the following bull bar (not winch bar) for 400 on trademe which should do ok at protecting the front.

Im thinking I should be able to attach rescue hooks to the bar without any issues....

thoughts ?

That bar does not look like a good candidate for mounting recovery points on. Rated recovery points should almost always be on the frame itself, mounted with rated hardware.

looks like it would cause more damage to the vehicle than protect it from anyway.
