92 terrano 100k beeper removal?

ok guys how do i find the bloodly beeper under the dash carnt seem to find it 1992 terrano td27

some one must have done it , cause it loud as my one! :lol:

It's on the back of the speedo/rev counter. Been ages since I took mine out so I can't remember exactly where, but it was fairly obvious...

Yea, on back of gauge cluster. Very obvious when you get cluster out. Just unplug it, and beeper stops.

This shows how to get at the cluster I think, I like the upgrade he does when he used the smd t10 9-way. Much better.

I must admit he was comical.
When you pull the cluster, watch the plastic drive coupler on the end of the speedo cable. Put mine all back in to find it on the floor :x
Taped it to the dash for next time :lol:
Pealed it off when i parted the truck out :oops:
Claimed back my "off road" k's :wink:
My new one has a beeper, goes off at 115km, so won't bother......yet.

sweet cheers for the tips guys gona put it out over the weekend all ready had it out to fix the bent needles was stopping at 90kms and never heard the buzzer till i fixed that :lol:

he says it doesn't matter which way you put them in as they have reverse polarity. Um they are led;s buddy hell yes it matters. opps he then finds it doesn't work. what a surprise
