New Mopar concept wrangler from this years Sema. 42" swamp tyres, Hemi V8, and over 300 other mopar stuff added on. Looks good!

Yes thanks! Been following some of the photos on Facebook from the show. Rugged Ridge had some nice Jeeps there too

sand trooper? jeeze, I was digging holes with basic M/T tyres at the beach last night let alone those things lol.

my first thought was it has the wrong tahs as well i get the impression aesthetics are more what they were after
my 4wd is not a truck

old mercedes never die but sometimes they do need some love

older cars are good,mercedes are better,older mercedes are the best

that's true. i guess portals wont help you in the sand much either, really.

Mopar works with a lot of high performance companies like AEV and Dynatrac. Portals were built by Dynatrac (http://www.dynatrac.com/products/axles/portals.html) for Mopar. They are available as a Mopar Performance part from Jeep. Part number for JK are P5155670 and P5155671 from Jeep if anybody wants them. Probably around USD10k each though. Here is another JK with them:
