Mine suzuki is for sale.
A quick rundown,
LWB Springs, renault 19 shocks, strut cap flip, lada front bumper, spots, all sorts of other work done. Cambelt, WP, etc was done at 300km, so has teh starter and alternator too.
Few things left to do to tidy it up, such as grill and guard, will be done this week hopefully, will also get a WoF this week all going well. I would liek it to be on trade me late this week too unless sold prior. Will come on road tyres, willing to sell muds for more.

You got a new truck?
Re: 1993 Vitara For Sale, Auckland
sort of.
I will be fixing up Stuart Good's old Lada, the fiat powered one, that my brother has. So that will effectively be mine instead.
Doesn't need much. Will take the head off and check the valves out, new WP etc and a few oil seals and a CV. But need the money from the Suzuki to fund this project. Also need to rebuild the motor in my Fuego Turbo as the cylinder liner seals have gone.

Re: 1993 Vitara For Sale, Auckland
Here is a better rundown on it, as honest as I can be I think. Not much left out.
Current WoF till Jan and Reg till 27th Oct, will update Reg for 3 months and get WoF if wanted, or by Next week. Which ever comes first. Just need to buy some new road tyres for it to get WoF, that's about it.
I took the body off the chassis, replaced the front suspension and steering. I cleaned and painted the whole chassis and most of the underside of the body and engine bay. Chassis is in 3M chassis paint and body underside is in Zinc Black.
It is a manual 8v carby motor. It has done about 305,000km. At 300,000 I did the WP, CB, tensioner bearing, full service too. I put a new gearbox in as the last one was bloody noisy in 5th gear. New box does have some whine but is much better then the old one. Motor is a sweet motor and never blows blue or black smoke. I only run it on 95 or 98. engine has just started leaking a bit from the sump seal and from inside the cambelt cover. pisses me off as I could have done them before.
I also swapped the rear diff, and fitted the renault 19 rear shocks and the LWB springs. Lift is about 1-2". Front is standard except the strut cap flip. It also comes with a spare set of VL shocks. More recently I have replaced the front diff.
There are pics in the thread now.
Front bumper is a Lada bumper with custom mounts. Tow hooks have been fitted front and rear. Spotlights on the front. I have also fitted an electric fan from a Mitsubishi chariot which works awesome. Original fan will come with the zuk. New thermostat recently to as the last one was getting a bit slow at opening at times.
Has a counteract rust control system in it which has helped heaps in keeping rust at bay. Body is a bit rough but in the most part, rust free. Roof and bonnet were repainted when I was at high school not long after I had got it. It will come on road tyres. Snorkel is a pool vacuum hose cable tied to the door. Needs a grill but I should have one soon. Will also get a left guard.
I have some 225/75/16 hankook muds and steel GV rims that I can sell. They are tubed too.
Steering wheel is a genuine Momo and a autotechnica boss kit. Standard wheel comes with it too. Head deck is some cheap one I got off my mate ages ago and the front speakers are JVC 4" and rear are sony xplod 6" with extra wires for more speakers if desired. It has no carpets but I have painted the floor in chassis paint too. All the seats are standard. Laos has two fire extinguishers fitted. one in passengers foot well and the other in the boot.
I have spare doors with glass, rear windows, two right guards, rear diff, gearbox, front diff assembly, all sorts of nuts, bolts etc. front and rear drive shafts and all sorts of shit. Guards are escudo but I have the indicator lights for them to so is not a problem.
Engine has coby extractors on it, with a 2.25" exhaust and a coby resonator, Which is a bit big and a bit loud to be honest. Will try and quiet the exhaust a bit. I will try and get a warrant this week or next. Should be no problem. The rear bumper has no iron behind it as I had removed it before and never had a problem, but at the last warrant they wanted something so I put the plastic on and they were happy with that.
Starter and alternator were also rebuilt too, clutch is an extreme heavy duty clutch and a new OE clutch cable too as well as a new OE throttle cable.
